Every now and then you get to have some fun creating some pictures and this photo shoot was one of those days. Even though it was a cold Colorado winter day Rebecca and I decided to risk freezing in order to trash a perfectly good dress in the name of art.
For those of you who haven't heard of a trash the dress photo shoot, it's where you take a perfectly good wedding dress or prom dress and basically buck the trend of packing it away in the closet hardly be seen again and instead making some one of a kind amazing portrait art to cherish forever. This is becoming more and more popular in the bridal portrait market, kind of a day after the wedding or after a honeymoon type thing.
Without further ado, here we are in a cold mountain stream, mix in with a little bohemian style. I'm guessing some dry cleaner is going to be surprised. Could be worse I guess, I have seen one Trash the Dress that the dress was set on fire.
